our first Poke...not exactly what you were thinking.

Etel's first poke (Po kay)...raw Ahi (tuna) and Hebe with seaweed, avocado, sesame seed oil, and other amazing things. YUM YUM.

Close up of the poke.....I now have an appreciation for food photographers...it took me about 20 attempts to photograph this dish and capture its yumminess. This is our favorite food here in Hawaii so far.
