We finally got a flight out of Cincinnati, 2 days later. I will save you the sordid details of living in a snowed in hotel by the river. We got rebooked on a direct flight to Honolulu on a fairly empty flight. We sprawled over 10 seats and all was well until Max vomited as we touched down in Honolulu.
