SITE 5.
1:05 PM. We stopped in a very small town called Hanapepe. During the 1992 hurricane the bridge was destroyed so they replaced it with this swinging foot bridge. My camera was balanced on the rail of the bridge to take the self portrait. As I rushed into the picture frame before the shutter went off, the rail it rested on bounced with every step I took - it was not attached to the bridge and I nearly dropped my camera taking this picture. Phil warned me so I quickly stopped and posed.
